Which macbooks can be use as everyday laptop and for some gaming throughout the day? I prefer lighter laptop, but I don't know whether macbook air (mid 2012) is good for gaming or not. Considering the specs itself. So I looked up onto retina 13inch (late 2012), but it uses Intel HD 4000 which I don't really knows its performance for gaming. Retina 15inch is quite big so it's not as portable as macbook air or retina 13inch. So what I need is something like quick comparison between macbooks performance that include macbook air 13inch and macbook pro retina for both 13 and 15 inch. Apple update macbook pro 2019. Thanks in advance

Is Macbook Air Good For Gaming Laptops
Apple doesn't make a 15' MacBook Air. How to check macbook air storage capacity. For serious gaming, a 15' MacBook Pro is a better choice than a MacBook Air. I have a 2013 13 inch macbook air with four gb of memeory. I was wondering if it was good for gaming. The game I was looking at siad it required a speed of 1.8 ghz. My MBA has 1.3 ghz but can turbo boost to 2.6 ghz. Would it be able to play the game or would it not be powerful enough?
Gaming On A Macbook Air
Best MacBook's For Gaming: As we mentioned above it's not a good idea to buy a Mac for gaming but if you're already going to be getting a MacBook anyway for creating content, video editing, or coding & would like to occasionally play some casual games then here are the most optimal MacBooks for gaming. Our MacBook Air with 16GB of RAM scored a resounding 5,962 on the Geekbench 5.2 overall performance test, crushing the XPS 13 (5,319, Core i7-1165G7) with an 11th Gen (Tiger lake) Intel Core. Macbook air is not a gaming laptop, neither does it have proper air vents to let out heat. Excessive gaming can lead to overheating. I remember one of my friends who played COD-Bo on his macbook for about an hour and ended up damaging the motherboard. It costs around $600 for the motherboard alone.
